A manager said when they want to get you, they will get you.
Another manager said to another employee when he informed them he would sue. Go right ahead you will lose, we have the best attorneys and all the money, you will never win, you will only waste your time and money, we always win.
This same manager made a clarion call in a staff meeting after they fired one employee, he said "we blackball people so they will never work again". However this comment was stated before 2007. I never knew what this meant until 2007.
EEO and EEOC complaints filed simultaneously. Lesson learned from self and others, our opinions do not go to the EEOC, they are NOT for the little person, they are for the Corporations.
After I filed the complaints, SA William Bannister came to my home on or about April 13th, requesting my family's personal financial statements. He asked how much money my spouse made? He asked for a copy of my college transcript. He had in his possession my credit report and a copy of the Poly packet I submitted only to Verizon FNS, Reston VA Security, Erin Gilsbach of which she informed me due to the RIF they would not continue with the process. I have a document (see Truth Evidence tab) stating this.
Due to SA Bannister's urgency for me to get him our financial records, it raised a red flag because the other Investigators did not request this information. When I queried him later as to who he was working for, he told me the CIA, told others Verizon and yet others DoD. NEVER OMNISEC that came in at the 11th hour before court.

I sent OPM a letter, they said they did not send Bannister to request my financial records and a search of their records indicated he was not employed there. Document in Truth Evidence tab.
